1. 収集する情報 / Information We Collect

• アカウント情報：ユーザー名、メールアドレス、表示名、プロフィール写真
  Account information: username, email address, display name, profile photo
• C2PAメタデータ：アップロードされたコンテンツに含まれる来歴情報（発行者、署名、タイムスタンプ等）
  C2PA metadata: provenance information embedded in uploaded content (issuer, signatures, timestamps, etc.)
• 決済情報：Stripe経由で処理されます。当社はクレジットカード番号を直接保存しません。
  Payment information: processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers directly.
• 利用データ：アクセスログ、IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報、ページ閲覧履歴
  Usage data: access logs, IP addresses, browser information, page view history

3. データ処理の法的根拠 / Legal Basis for Processing

当社は、以下のサービスプロバイダーとデータを共有する場合があります。

• Stripe（米国）：決済処理
  Stripe (United States): payment processing
• Google（米国）：OAuth認証（Googleログイン利用時）
  Google (United States): OAuth authentication (when using Google sign-in)
• Amazon Web Services（米国・日本）：ホスティングおよびストレージ
  Amazon Web Services (United States / Japan): hosting and storage

上記以外の第三者に個人情報を販売または共有することはありません。
We do not sell or share personal information with any other third parties.

5. 国際データ移転 / International Data Transfers

当社は日本に所在していますが、上記のサービスプロバイダーを通じて、個人データが日本国外（主に米国）に移転される場合があります。

We are based in Japan, but personal data may be transferred outside Japan (primarily to the United States) through the service providers listed above.

これらの移転に際しては、以下の保護措置を講じています。

The following safeguards are in place for these transfers:

• 各サービスプロバイダーは、適切なデータ保護契約（DPA）を締結しています
  Each service provider has executed appropriate Data Processing Agreements (DPAs)
• StripeおよびAWSは、EU標準契約条項（SCC）に基づく移転保護措置を実施しています
  Stripe and AWS implement transfer safeguards based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)
• 日本は欧州委員会により十分性認定を受けた国です
  Japan has received an adequacy decision from the European Commission

6. Cookie / Cookies

• 認証用Cookie：ログイン状態の維持に使用されます。
  Authentication cookies: used to maintain login sessions.
• セッション管理：サービスの正常な動作に必要なCookieを使用します。
  Session management: cookies necessary for the proper operation of the Service.
• トラッキング目的の第三者Cookieは使用していません。
  We do not use third-party tracking cookies.

7. データ保持 / Data Retention

• アカウントデータは、アカウントが有効な間保持されます。
  Account data is retained while the account is active.
• アカウント削除時、個人情報は30日以内に削除されます。ただし、法令で保持が義務付けられているデータは除きます。
  Upon account deletion, personal data is removed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
• 購入記録は、法的義務および税務上の要件に基づき7年間保持されます。
  Purchase records are retained for 7 years as required by legal and tax obligations.
• アクセスログは、セキュリティ目的で最大90日間保持されます。
  Access logs are retained for up to 90 days for security purposes.

8. 安全管理措置 / Security Measures

当社は、個人データの安全管理のために以下の措置を講じています。

We implement the following measures to ensure the security of personal data:

9. ユーザーの権利 / User Rights

すべてのユーザーは以下の権利を有します。

  You may request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• アカウント設定からデータのエクスポートをリクエストできます。
  You can request data export from your account settings.

9.1 EEA・英国居住者の追加の権利 / Additional Rights for EEA and UK Residents

欧州経済領域（EEA）および英国にお住まいの方は、EU一般データ保護規則（GDPR）およびUK GDPRに基づき、以下の追加の権利を有します。

Residents of the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom have the following additional rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR:

• 処理の制限を求める権利：一定の条件下で、個人データの処理を制限するよう求めることができます
  Right to restriction of processing: you may request that we restrict the processing of your personal data under certain conditions
• データポータビリティの権利：機械可読形式で個人データを受け取り、他のサービスに移行する権利を有します
  Right to data portability: you have the right to receive your personal data in a machine-readable format and transfer it to another service
• 異議申立ての権利：正当な利益に基づく処理に対して異議を申し立てることができます
  Right to object: you may object to the processing of your data based on legitimate interests
• 自動的な意思決定に関する権利：当社はプロファイリングを含む自動的な意思決定を行っていません
  Rights related to automated decision-making: we do not engage in automated decision-making, including profiling

EEA/UK residents also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority in their country of residence.

10. 子どもの個人情報 / Children's Privacy

本サービスは16歳未満の方を対象としていません。16歳未満の方の個人情報を意図的に収集することはありません。

The Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

当社は、本ポリシーを随時更新することがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、サービス内の通知またはメールでお知らせします。

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through in-service notifications or email.
