利用規約 / Terms of Use

1. サービス概要 / Service Overview

C2PA Online（以下「本サービス」）は、VeritasChain株式会社（以下「当社」）が運営する、C2PA（Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity）規格に準拠したデジタルコンテンツのマーケットプレイスです。

C2PA Online ("the Service") is a digital content marketplace operated by VeritasChain Inc. ("we", "us", or "the Company"), specializing in content certified under the C2PA (Coalition for Content Provenance and Authenticity) standard.

2. アカウント / Accounts

• 本サービスを利用するには、アカウント登録が必要です。登録時に提供する情報は正確かつ最新のものでなければなりません。
  You must register an account to use the Service. Information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
• アカウントの認証情報を安全に管理する責任はユーザーにあります。
  You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• 当社は、利用規約に違反した場合、アカウントを停止または削除する権利を有します。
  We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

3. コンテンツのアップロード / Content Upload

• 出品者は、アップロードするコンテンツの著作権を保有しているか、適切なライセンスを取得している必要があります。
  Uploaders must own the copyright or hold an appropriate license for all content they upload.
• 販売用コンテンツにはC2PA認証が必須です。来歴メタデータにより、コンテンツの真正性が保証されます。
  C2PA certification is required for content listed for sale. Provenance metadata ensures content authenticity.
• 第三者の権利を侵害するコンテンツのアップロードは禁止されています。
  Uploading content that infringes on third-party rights is prohibited.

4. ライセンス条件 / License Terms

Personal（個人利用）ライセンス

• 許可される用途：SNS投稿、個人ブログ、教育資料、ポートフォリオ
  Permitted uses: social media posts, personal blogs, educational materials, portfolios
• 禁止される用途：広告、マーケティング、商品販売、その他の商用利用
  Not permitted: advertising, marketing, product sales, or other commercial use

Commercial（商用利用）ライセンス

• 許可される用途：広告、マーケティング、商品パッケージ、ビジネス資料
  Permitted uses: advertising, marketing, product packaging, business materials
• 禁止される用途：転売、サブライセンス
  Not permitted: resale or sub-licensing

共通条件 / Common Terms

• 著作権は移転しません。ライセンスは非独占的かつ譲渡不可です。
  Copyright is not transferred. Licenses are non-exclusive and non-transferable.
• C2PA来歴メタデータは、技術的に可能な限り保持する義務があります。
  C2PA provenance metadata must be preserved where technically feasible.
• クレジット表記が必要な場合、出品者が設定した条件に従ってください。
  When credit attribution is required, follow the conditions set by the contributor.

5. 支払い・返金 / Payment & Refunds

• 決済はStripeを通じて処理されます。対応する決済方法はStripeの仕様に準じます。
  Payments are processed through Stripe. Accepted payment methods are subject to Stripe's terms.
• デジタル商品の性質上、ダウンロード後の返金は原則として行いません。
  Due to the digital nature of the products, refunds after download are generally not available.
• 技術的な問題により商品が提供されなかった場合は、個別に対応いたします。
  If a product cannot be delivered due to technical issues, we will handle refunds on a case-by-case basis.

6. 禁止行為 / Prohibited Activities

• 著作権を侵害するコンテンツのアップロードまたは販売
  Uploading or selling content that infringes copyright
• C2PAメタデータの改ざんまたは虚偽のメタデータの付与
  Tampering with or falsifying C2PA metadata
• 他のユーザーへの嫌がらせ、スパム、不正アクセス
  Harassment, spam, or unauthorized access to other users
• サービスのセキュリティを侵害する行為
  Compromising the security of the Service
• ライセンス条件を超えたコンテンツの利用
  Using content beyond the scope of the license

7. 免責事項 / Disclaimer

• 本サービスは「現状有姿」で提供されます。当社は、サービスの中断やエラーがないことを保証しません。
  The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• C2PA検証は来歴と改ざん耐性を確認するものであり、コンテンツの真実性を保証するものではありません。
  C2PA verification confirms provenance and tamper resistance, but does not guarantee the truthfulness of the content.
• ユーザー間の取引に関する紛争について、当社は仲裁の義務を負いません。
  We are not obligated to mediate disputes between users.

8. 準拠法 / Governing Law

本規約は日本法に準拠し、東京地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan. The Tokyo District Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance.
